My name is Rachel Tofflemoyer and I run Rachel's Yoga and Fitness LLC. Yoga has created a connection between my mind and body that has helped me appreciate whole body wellness. I am passionate about bringing this same level of appreciation to every individual. 

I began my yoga journey in 2018 where I received my 200 hour RYT certification from Windsor Yoga Family in April 2019. I continue my practice teaching at gyms, yoga studios, and on the water. I also have training in meditation practices.  

My teachings include private and group classes along with yoga events. I offer everything from stand up paddle boarding yoga classes to gentle yoga.
